Job summary

Boschgroup is seeking a motivated engineering student in Bursa to coordinate digital and quality processes. You will work part‑time (minimum 3 days/week), supporting back-office activities, logistics for quality returns, and the promotion of digital tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

Strong teamwork and English communication are essential. The role focuses on data processing and business intelligence while contributing to digital transformation initiatives and AI-focused discussions

Qualifications

Student in an engineering department with an interest in digital tools.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Interest in BI, digital transformation and AI.
Based in Bursa and able to commute to Bursa.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical service processes for sorting and reflash activities concerning customer quality topics.
Drive process coordination and continuous improvement.
Support the development and promote the use of digital tools.
Provide back-office support to colleagues.
Organize the logistics for quality returns to investigation points.
Manage commercial registration processes and prepare corresponding reports.
Contribute to the development of digital solutions for business process improvement and digitalization.
