Job summary

DO & CO AG is seeking a Flying Chef to join our crew, preparing, presenting and serving premium meals for Business Class passengers on long flights. You will work with a team of culinary experts, travel the world and contribute to a premium dining experience aboard Turkish Airlines.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of culinary experience in 5-star hotels, cruise ships or gourmet restaurants, be fluent in English and Turkish, and enjoy teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of culinary experience in 5 star hotels, cruise ships or gourmet restaurants
• Min. high school, preferably culinary school graduate
• Fluency in both English and Turkish
• Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills
• Outgoing personality with a passion for service
• Knowledgeable in latest food and restaurant trends
• No military obligation for male candidates

Responsibilities

• Preparing, serving and presenting the food of Business Class passengers on flights of 8 hours or more on Turkish Airlines, as well as serving as a chef at special events and ground duties
