Job summary

Personify Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced SRE II to design and deliver reliability improvements across the platform. You will drive automation, expand observability, and mentor engineers, supporting patients who rely on health decisions and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering role.
Prior experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver reliability solutions independently: define and implement resilient platform solutions.
Own observability and incident response: monitor, refine, and expand observability strategies.
Analyze metrics and drive optimization: interpret system metrics for performance and capacity planning.
Automate and reduce toil: build automation for repetitive tasks and tooling improvements.
Contribute to core SRE processes: participate in on-call rotations, incident triage, and reviews.
Mentor junior engineers: provide guidance to new hires and interns.
