Job summary

ING Hubs Turkiye is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of critical investment systems. You will own production systems, manage incidents, and drive automation across CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices with on-call duties.

You will join an investment-focused environment valuing collaboration, ownership, and proactive problem-solving to maintain platform stability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role (SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering)
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems
• Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash and/or Python)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Pipelines or similar)
• On-call rotations
• Incident management and response
• Root cause analysis and post-mortems
• Familiarity with automation and infrastructure as code principles
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Nice to have experience with ELK stack and Ansible

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical investment systems. You’ll work hands-on with production environments, focusing on incident management, automation, and continuous improvement.
