Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Process Engineer to lead shift-based production across our Focus Factory environment, covering Personal Care/Liquid and Soap, and toothbrush manufacturing. You will supervise operators, coordinate maintenance, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in production or process engineering, strong English, and proven leadership to guide front-line teams on diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years in production, manufacturing or process engineering.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to lead front-line teams in a rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shift operations and supervise production operators.
• Own shift execution against safety, quality, service, cost and productivity targets.
• Apply Lean/WCM tools to reduce losses and improve changeovers.
• Coordinate first-level maintenance activities and drive improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, EHS and HR to ensure smooth operations.
