Catalysor, a leading data-driven growth agency founded in 2015, is looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to enhance client engagement and drive traffic. The role involves creating and executing tailored SEO strategies while utilizing tools like Google Analytics.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with SEO tools, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. This position is full-time and located in Beşiktaş, Turkey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with main SEO tools.
• Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Excel for marketing purposes.
• Basic understanding of growth marketing and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Drive relevant traffic and leads by performing keyword research.
• Create and execute SEO strategies aligning with business goals.
• Measure strategy results using various tools.
• Monitor and report performance to clients.
• Develop SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Work with copywriters to create content for marketing.
• Act as the lead contact for assigned clients’ marketing needs.
• Track and analyze key metrics to generate actionable insights.
