Miniclip is seeking a Senior Unity Game Developer to join our live mobile game portfolio in Izmir. You will design, implement, and optimize client-side systems and gameplay features using Unity, delivering high-performance, scalable game systems.

In a cross-functional environment, you will drive experimentation, mentor developers, and contribute to architectural decisions while ensuring robust CI/CD, live operations, and rapid iteration that improves engagement and monetization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Unity experience.
• 3+ years mobile game release experience.
• Strong software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Live-ops and experimentation knowledge.
• Mentoring developers in a collaborative team.
• Performance optimization for mobile devices.
• Data-informed decision making.
• Excellent collaboration and planning skills.
• Ownership mindset and accountability.
• Experience with Unity’s Job System and Burst is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve Unity client-side systems, gameplay features, and UI components using Unity.
• Drive end-to-end experiments and ship quickly to production.
• Integrate frontend with APIs, backend services, and experimentation platforms.
• Shape technical direction and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Support CI/CD, feature flags, releases, and live operations processes.
• Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and CI practices.
• Optimize game performance across devices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor developers and grow team autonomy.
• Improve internal tools and developer experience.
• Participate in monitoring and post-mortems to improve reliability.
• Go beyond core duties to unblock the team.
