Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Technology & Communications, Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Commercial and Regulatory matters at a reputable law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on data protection and cybersecurity for day-to-day matters.
• Support data protection compliance projects and data breach responses.
• Advise on internet, media, social media, e‑commerce regulatory matters and licensing.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including technology-related contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients and work with cross-border teams.
