Job summary

MoneyPay, a fintech subsidiary of Migros, seeks a senior software engineer to design and build scalable backend systems for MoneyCüzdan and related services within the Money application ecosystem.

You will work on microservices, RESTful APIs, and data storage with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch, while applying agile practices in a fintech context.

Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in CS/CE or related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience designing robust, highly scalable systems.
Proficient in Java, Java EE and Spring Boot.
Proficient with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure.
Familiar with front-end frameworks.
Experience in fintech and banking is a big plus.
Understanding Microservice architecture.
Experience in scrum/agile methodologies.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
Experience in fulfilling non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance).
Experience with high-traffic application backends is a big plus.
