iyzico is hiring engineers to build scalable, high-availability web and mobile applications that power payments and customer experiences. You will work closely with PMs, UX professionals, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design practical solutions, and ensure reliable delivery.

The role emphasizes independence in technical design decisions, best-practice coding, and active participation in engineering culture while supporting 24x7 operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Developscalable,high-volumeperforming,andreliableuser-centricweb&mobileapplicationsthatoperate24x7,
• Engage with product managers, UX Experts, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop ideas, and design solutions,
• Plan implementation and rollout system changes that meet requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development goals and principles,
• Make technical design decisions independently,
• Provide coding expertise and functional/technical support to other team members and encourage engineering best practices in the team and the larger department,

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related degree,
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles,
• Demonstrated knowledge of all phases of the product lifecycle,
• Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes,
• Experience working with modern mobile standards and technologies and can apply them to build fully responsive mobile apps,
• Experience in software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including agile development, coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and maintenance,
• Good understanding of API services with which the application needs to integrate,
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and considerations,
• Can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems,
