Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant with deep expertise in Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to join the Invoicing and Revenue Management project.

You will design, configure, and implement revenue recognition across multiple streams, ensuring alignment with contracts and accounting standards. You will collaborate with architects and business teams to decide per revenue stream whether to apply EBRR or RAR, translate

Qualifications

• Experience configuring both EBRR and RAR in S/4HANA.
• At least one full implementation cycle of each approach.
• Expertise in SAP FI including FI-GL and FI-AR.
• Understanding of SD Billing integration with revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with Universal Journal architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement revenue recognition in S/4HANA using EBRR and RAR.
• Support decision on EBRR vs RAR for revenue streams.
• Configure PO/OB or POB handling, fulfillment, and inbound processing in RAR.
• Configure EBRR recognition keys and posting logic.
• Ensure reconciliation across revenue, billing, and Universal Journal.
