Job summary

Mapa Group, a global engineering and construction company, seeks an experienced Senior SAP MM Specialist for a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Turkey. The successful candidate will handle procurement, inventory management, material master data, and invoice verification, with integration to FI, CO, and SD modules.

The role requires 7–10 years in SAP MM, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent English. Travel internationally is unrestricted.

Responsibilities

• Managing and improving SAP MM processes in line with business requirements.
• Analyzing requirements and designing suitable SAP solutions.
• Performing system configuration and preparing functional specifications.
• Coordinating testing, development, implementation, and support activities.
• Resolving SAP MM-related issues and conducting root-cause analysis.
• Supporting implementation, rollout, upgrade projects.
• Preparing process documentation and providing user training.
• Coordinating with procurement, supply chain, finance, logistics, and IT teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Specialist to join our organization in a permanent, full-time, and on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP Materials Management solutions, with a primary focus on procurement, inventory management, material master data, invoice verification, and related business processes. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP MM implementations, strong functional consulting and configuration skills, and a solid understanding of integration points with modules such as SAP FI, SD, and CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field,
• 7 -10 years of experience in SAP MM
• Strong knowledge of special procurement types, inventory management, material master data, valuation, and invoice verification processes.
• Experience in SAP MM configuration, implementation, support, and roll-out projects.
• Good understanding of integration with FI, CO and SD modules, PM integrations knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• No restrictions on long-term domestic and international travel.
