Job summary

Guardian Professional seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Tester to join their engineering team. The role focuses on comprehensive testing, defect reporting, and ensuring product quality across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, designing test strategies, and driving automation using Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and Postman within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in API testing using Postman.
• Deep understanding of various functional testing types (e.g., Regression, Integration, UI, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Jira.
• Experience in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar.

• Stay up to date with new testing tools, automation technologies, and test strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications.
• Actively participate in both manual and automation testing processes and expand automation coverage where needed.
