Job summary

Sisal is seeking a QA Engineer to lead cross‑functional testing across Web, iOS/Android apps, and back office tools. You will craft test plans, execute scripts, report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.

Manual testing is essential, with automation experience valued for efficiency improvements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of software testing, ISTQB, SQL basics, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Graduated from technical departments of the universities.
• 3+ years of software test experience.
• Manual tests experience is a must, test automation experience is a plus.
• Test automation experience is nice to have (such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Browserstack and Jenkins).
• Web and Mobile (iOS, Android) frontend/backend test experience.
• Performance test experience is a big plus (such as JMeter, Load Runner etc.).
• Basic SQL knowledge (writing basic queries).
• ISTQB certificate
• Google analytics knowledge
• Charles Proxy knowledge
• Experience with SOAP, REST web services, API ( Postman, Soap UI or Swagger at least one of them) knowledge is a big plus
• Putty/Kitty knowledge
• Jira experience, X-Ray, Polarion, Figma, Confluence and Service Now are nice to have
• Betting or gambling test experience is a big plus
• Familiarity Agile methodologies is a plus
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the cross functional platform testing such as Web, IOS/Android apps and some back office tools and interfaces.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Automate testing processes where applicable to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other QA engineers to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Monitor and report on test results, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and new testing methodologies.
