Job summary

Getmobil is reshaping Turkey's refurbished electronics market. We seek a Senior Product Manager with 6+ years of experience to build our product organization and drive measurable impact across our business.

You'll work with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and more to turn customer needs and data into products that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce or refurbished electronics.
• Hands-on with analytics tools: GA, BigQuery, Amplitude.
• Strong product strategy, KPIs, and impact evaluation.
• UX knowledge, MVP development, and user journey mapping.
• Excellent Turkish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product initiatives based on impact and customer needs.
• Translate goals into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Use data and user insights to improve the customer journey.
• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery.
• Evaluate technical and product trade-offs.
• Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Own UAT and product quality at release.
• Communicate decisions and priorities across teams.

• Mentor team members as we grow the product org.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with 6+ years of experience to help us build our product organization and deliver measurable impact across our business.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to turn customer needs and data into products that drive growth.

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
• Translate business goals into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Use data and user insights to identify opportunities and improve the customer journey.
• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery.
• Evaluate technical and product alternatives and make informed trade-offs.
• Drive effective Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Own UAT and product quality through release.
• Communicate decisions, priorities, and the “why” clearly across teams.
• Identify quick wins and opportunities that improve key business metrics.
• Support and mentor team members as we build our product organization.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or refurbished electronics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, prioritization, KPIs, and impact evaluation.
• Good knowledge of UX, MVP development, and user journey mapping.
• Ability to create or communicate high-fidelity product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
• A humble, collaborative, and team-first mindset.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and a focus on measurable impact.

Nice to have

• Background in recommerce, sustainability, or circular economy.
• SQL or similar querying experience.
• Experience mentoring or onboarding product team members.
