Job summary

Avenga is seeking a senior Power Platform professional in Turkey to lead end-to-end P2P automation using Power Automate, with strong SAP S/4HANA and Coupa integrations. You will review designs, add AI enhancements, and drive agile delivery from design through production.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with client stakeholders and delivering production-ready solutions with HyperCare support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development with Power Automate as core tool.
• Experience adding AI capabilities to automation solutions on the Microsoft stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop the full end-to-end P2P use case on Power Automate: workflows, approvals, automation components and UIs.
• Configure the Power Platform environment and validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA and Coupa.
• Review the solution design document and provide technical feedback; contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Identify where AI can add value in the P2P process and implement it.
• Work in iterative sprints, participate in stakeholder reviews, support SIT and UAT and resolve defects.
• Deploy the solution to production for the client HQ/Group and provide HyperCare support and issue resolution.

This is you

• 5+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Power Platform development, with Power Automate as your core tool (cloud flows, approvals, connectors, error handling and monitoring), plus working knowledge of Power Apps and Dataverse.
• A track record of taking end‑to‑end business‑process automations from design to production, not just proofs of concept.
• Experience adding AI capabilities to automation solutions on the Microsoft stack (e.g., AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services).
• Solid integration skills: REST APIs, custom connectors and enterprise‑system integration patterns.
• Senior‑level solution thinking: you can read a solution design document, spot the gaps and give clear, constructive technical feedback.
• Comfortable in agile delivery: sprints, stakeholder reviews, SIT/UAT support and defect fixing.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) for day‑to‑day work with client stakeholders.

Nice‑to‑have skills

• SAP integration experience, especially SAP S/4HANA (e.g., OData/APIs or the SAP connector).
• Procure‑to‑Pay / finance process domain knowledge (requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, approvals).
• Copilot Studio agents or Azure OpenAI‑based automation running in production.
• Power Platform ALM and governance (solutions, environments, pipelines).
• Microsoft certifications such as PL‑400, PL‑500 or PL‑600.

This is your role
