Job summary

Tag, part of the dentsu Group, seeks an Account Executive/Account Manager to deliver Perm/Temp POS and Commercial Print campaigns across client brands. The role requires multitasking and end-to-end campaign management from briefs to delivery.

You will challenge briefs, provide technical recommendations, drive cost savings, and maintain strong client relationships. Travel to client sites and store checks may be required; strong Excel/data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Perm/Temp POS and Commercial Print experience essential
• Very strong project management skills essential
• Experience of Creative & Artwork processes an advantage
• Client facing experience essential - strong customer service skills
• Sound Excel skills and ability to analyse data
• Excellent attention to detail, organised
• Commercially strong and numerate
• Team player, with positive outlook
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers
• Strong communication skills – adapt communication to situation

Responsibilities

• End-to-end campaign management from brief through delivery
• Challenge briefs and add value with recommendations and cost savings
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
• Travel to client sites for meetings and store checks when required
• Collaborate with procurement to select suppliers and negotiate costs
• Process quotations with buying team and update clients on progress
