Gini Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join one of our fintech clients in Istanbul, Turkey. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using C#/.NET and microservices.

You will work on high‑volume, transaction‑intensive applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and clean code aligned with SOLID principles and modern design patterns. English communication is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong backend/web application development experience, preferably with C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance, transaction-intensive applications.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, asynchronous programming, and concurrency.
• Ability to write clean, readable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
