Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate, Surgical Field Sales in Istanbul to drive sales targets and promote our ophthalmology products to medical practitioners and allied professionals. You will build strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, and manage sales planning and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in medical devices sales, ophthalmology experience is a plus, and fluency in English and Turkish. A valid driver's license and passport are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Devices Sales.
• Ophthalmology experience would be an advantage.
• Fluent English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver license and passport required.
• Military service completed (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and promote products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals
• Drive sales, productivity, and performance targets within budgets and timescales
• Develop business plans and implement activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, and sales presentations
• Provide key account/hospital network support and market access support, including referral networks
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
• Achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build best-in-class customer relationships
• Handle inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures
• Complete all reports accurately and on time
• Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives
