Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Quotation Engineer to deliver accurate and competitive techno-commercial offers for Medium Voltage switchgear applications across EMEA. You will analyze customer requirements, select optimal Eaton solutions, and coordinate inputs from Sales, BDMs and engineers to ensure compliant proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of quotation and tendering experience in electrical power distribution, with MV switchgear knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of MV switchgear products and power distribution systems.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, techno-commercial quotations within agreed timelines.
• Review customer specifications, single-line diagrams, datasheets and tender docs to identify requirements.
• Configure and optimize MV switchgear solutions per standards and Eaton capabilities.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to produce complete quotation packages.
• Ensure technical compliance, feasibility and alignment with customer requirements in proposals.
• Identify risks and contribute to mitigation actions throughout the quotation process.
• Support handover of awarded projects to execution teams and ongoing improvements.
