Job summary

Hypermonk Games, an Ankara-based mobile game studio, seeks a Senior Game Designer to own design across projects from prototype to live operation. You will balance systems, economies, and monetization while iterating with data and player feedback to improve experiences.

You will work closely with developers, artists, product, and live-ops teams to ship engaging mobile games and drive long-term player engagement through thoughtful design decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional game design experience in mobile games.
• Experience with games that launched live and operate live.
• Strong understanding of mobile game design principles, player engagement, and monetization.
• Proficient in Unity; able to design, balance, and tune systems using data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own game design across one or more mobile projects from prototype to global launch and live ops.
• Balance mechanics, progression, economies, and monetization strategies.
• Create levels and content using Unity; iterate from playtests and live metrics.
• Analyze player behavior and metrics to drive design decisions and engagement.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, product, growth, and live-ops teams to ship high-quality experiences.
