Hypermonk Games, an Ankara-based mobile game studio, seeks a Senior Game Designer to own design across projects from prototype to live operation. You will balance systems, economies, and monetization while iterating with data and player feedback to improve experiences.

You will work closely with developers, artists, product, and live-ops teams to ship engaging mobile games and drive long-term player engagement through thoughtful design decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional game design experience in mobile games.
• Experience with games that launched live and operate live.
• Strong understanding of mobile game design principles, player engagement, and monetization.
• Proficient in Unity; able to design, balance, and tune systems using data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

# Senior Game DesignerAnkara, TurkiyeOnsiteFull Time**About the Role**Hypermonk Games is a fast-growing mobile game studio based in Ankara, creating top-performing titles that have surpassed 120 million downloads worldwide.
