Job summary

Wellspect HealthCare seeks a Senior Mechanical Project & Maintenance Engineer for a greenfield medical factory investment in Ankara. You will drive design, procurement, site installation, testing, commissioning, handover and startup of mechanical systems.

Post-startup you will manage maintenance across HVAC, water and process utilities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within GMP-like environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years in industrial plants, medical devices, or similar sectors.
• Hands-on experience with greenfield plant investments and large CAPEX projects.
• Experience in mechanical design, site implementation, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of mechanical systems with standards, regulations, and quality expectations.
• Engage in design, evaluation, and implementation of mechanical infrastructure for greenfield factory investment.
• Oversee HVAC, cleanroom HVAC, chillers, AHUs, boilers, and utility systems site implementation.
