Job summary

LaraBench is seeking a Senior Backend Software Developer to design and maintain scalable PHP/Laravel backends. You will deliver RESTful APIs, multi-tenant SaaS features, and robust data models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Laravel experience (PHP 8+).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS patterns and modular monoliths.
• Experience with MySQL and Redis.
• Familiarity with Symfony is a plus.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• English proficiency for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Laravel.
• Build and enhance multi-tenant SaaS features with proper data isolation.
• Write clean, well-tested code following best practices and DDD concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure code quality with PHPStan, Rector, and Pint; optimize queries and implement caching with Redis.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to documentation.
