Job summary

Insider One is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Laravel within a modular monolith. You will build multi-tenant SaaS features with strong data isolation and contribute to architectural decisions.

Join a global team and work with AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, performance, and delivery. The position offers a fully remote setup within Turkey and collaboration across offices in Istanbul and Ankara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Laravel experience (must-have); Symfony is a plus.
• Solid PHP knowledge with modern PHP practices.
• Experience with modular monoliths, multi-tenant SaaS, and DDD.
• Good MySQL, Redis, Git, and CI/CD knowledge.
• Experience with code quality tools like PHPStan or Rector.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
• Experience with AWS and Docker (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Vue.js or similar is a plus.
• English sufficient to read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Laravel within a modular monolith.
• Build and enhance multi-tenant SaaS features with proper data isolation.
• Write clean, well-tested code following DDD principles (Entities, Repositories, Managers, DTOs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improve existing functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Use PHPStan, Rector, and Pint to ensure codebase quality.
• Optimize database queries and implement Redis caching to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and participate in architectural decisions.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
