Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Turkey is seeking a Senior Kitroom Specialist to coordinate receipt, preparation, replenishment, and dispatch of surgical kits and materials. You will ensure kits are checked, maintained, and dispatched according to Stryker procedures and quality standards.

You will work with the Booking Team, warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, hospitals, and courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing or kitroom operations.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process kits returned from hospitals; separate instruments and implants as needed.
• Clean instrumentation following biohazard regulations and Stryker procedures.
• Perform quality and configuration checks on instruments, implants and kit contents.
• Prepare accurate billing information for invoicing by the Booking Team.
• Generate pick lists and replenish kits from warehouse stock per procedures.
• Prepare kits for dispatch and ensure all components are present and in good condition.

Work Flexibility: Onsite As a Senior Kitroom Specialist, you will coordinate the receipt, preparation, replenishment, and dispatch of surgical kits and materials to support customer and hospital requirements. You will ensure kits are accurately checked, maintained, and dispatched in line with Stryker procedures and quality standards. You will work closely with the Booking Team, warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, hospitals, and courier partners to ensure materials are available and delivered on time. The role requires strong attention to detail, an organised approach, and the ability to work effectively within established procedures and guidelines.

What will you do:

• Receive, check, and process kits returned from hospitals, separating instruments and implants where required.
• Clean instrumentation in accordance with biohazard regulations and Stryker procedures.
• Perform quality and configuration checks on instruments, implants, and kit contents.
• Prepare accurate billing information and provide it to the Booking Team for invoicing.
• Generate pick lists and replenish kits from warehouse stock according to established procedures.
• Prepare kits for dispatch and ensure all required components and cases are present and in good condition.
• Coordinate with courier partners to communicate specific delivery requirements, including early morning, same-day, and weekend deliveries.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and courier records and ensure all movements are updated in the relevant systems.

What will you need:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing, kitroom operations, or a similar environment.
• Required: Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.

  Work Flexibility Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
