Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Istanbul, Türkiye, is seeking a Senior Kitroom Specialist to manage kit receipt, preparation, and dispatch. You will coordinate with the Booking Team, warehouse, and couriers to ensure accurate processing and timely deliveries.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and experience with ERP or inventory systems. Onsite work with occasional travel is expected as part of the logistics workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing, or kitroom operations.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process kits returned from hospitals and separate instruments as required.
• Clean instrumentation in line with biohazard regulations and Stryker procedures.
• Perform quality checks on instruments, implants, and kit contents.
• Prepare billing information and assist invoicing with the Booking Team.
• Generate pick lists and replenish kits from warehouse stock.
• Coordinate with courier partners for delivery requirements, including early morning and weekend deliveries.
• Maintain dispatch records and update movements in systems.
