Your Impact

• Design and build Java‑based, production‑grade services and AI systems using proven design patterns (Factory, Strategy, CQRS) for modular, maintainable solutions.
• Decompose legacy and monolithic codebases into independently deployable microservices with clear service and data boundaries.
• Define domain models and data objects that support end‑to‑end AI workflows, from ingestion to inference.
• Build and maintain enterprise coding agents and AI‑assisted developer tooling that scale AI adoption across teams.
• Orchestrate agentic delivery workflows (planning, code generation, review, validation) inside DefineX’s delivery harness.
• Treat AI‑generated output as untrusted by default: review for architectural integrity, security, and supply‑chain risk before it ships.
• Automate test strategies (unit, integration, regression) across model‑serving layers, data pipelines, and agent behaviors to make continuous delivery safe.
• Partner with Tech Architects and Enterprise Architects to translate business requirements into sound service‑ and component‑level designs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to ship AI solutions via APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.

What You Bring to the Table

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Java development in enterprise or large‑scale production environments.
• Demonstrable expertise in software design patterns and architecture; you have designed systems, not just implemented them.
• A proven track record decomposing applications into modular, testable components without breaking production.
• Strong command of data modeling and object design across the layers of an enterprise system.
• Experience building or integrating coding agents or AI‑assisted developer tooling in enterprise contexts.
• End‑to‑end AI delivery experience, from prototype to production, including at least one senior‑level Java + AI project.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, NLP, or predictive modeling integrated into production services.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Strong test automation and CI/CD experience; you have moved teams from manual testing to reliable automated coverage.
• Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), and RESTful API design.
• Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML integration (e.g., consuming model‑serving APIs, handling serialized models).
• The judgment to know where AI speed is safe, where it is risky, and where guardrails belong.
• High standards for code quality, documentation, and peer review.
• Fluent English and comfort in client‑facing consulting settings.
• Eligibility to work in Türkiye.
