Job summary

INTERTECH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT and digital banking initiatives within the PMO. You will manage a large portfolio of concurrent projects, drive transformation, and ensure delivery against scope, time, budget, and quality targets.

You will coordinate with business units, software teams, and third parties, proactively manage risks, and report to senior management. A PMP and strong English are required, with experience in Agile and SDLC.

Qualifications

University degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably banking/fintech.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence and PPM.
Knowledge of PM methodologies and SDLC.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Advanced English language skills.
PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Managing IT and digital banking projects end-to-end.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously within a high-volume portfolio.
Ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality targets are met.
Coordinating with business units, software teams, and third parties.
Proactively managing risks, problems, and dependencies.
Ensuring compliance with PMO methodology and governance standards.
Providing regular, transparent reporting to senior management.
Delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
Supporting organizational adaptation by taking an active role in change and transformation processes.
