Job summary

PayCore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage virtualization platforms, Windows Server environments, and AD services. The role covers Office 365/Teams administration, endpoint deployment via SCCM, and robust backup management with Veeam.

You will coordinate with vendors, oversee patching, security controls like VPN/PAM/2FA, and contribute to IT projects while maintaining thorough documentation. Strong troubleshooting and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration or a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience with SCCM, WSUS, and Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams administration.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with server, storage, backup, patch management, and monitoring environments.
• Knowledge of VPN, PAM, and two-factor authentication systems.
• Experience in IT infrastructure projects and vendor management.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware) and related infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems.
• Administer AD, DHCP, DNS, File Server, IIS, and Exchange accounts and permissions.
• Oversee Office 365 / Teams administration and services.
• Deploy software and manage endpoints with SCCM; handle WSUS updates.
• Maintain backup infrastructure using Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Manage hardware from Dell/HP; oversee storage infrastructure.
• Provide PowerShell-based automation and scripting support.
• Handle VPN, PAM, and 2FA systems administration.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects and document processes thoroughly.
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT services.
• Track IT assets, licenses, warranties, and documentation.
• Support audits and internal controls with technical input.
