Job summary

WLG in Izmir, Türkiye, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain our core services, virtualization, storage networks, and backups. You will handle day-to-day operations and engage in incident resolution with several IT teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server/Oracle, SAN storage, scripting with PowerShell, and ITIL practices. On-site, full-time with occasional travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with virtualization (VMware) and server administration.
• Depth in Windows Server, AD, DHCP, domain naming and GP.
• Experience on Windows/Linux admin and SSO.
• SQL Server and Oracle experience.
• Clustering, storage and backup systems; PowerShell scripting.
• ITIL practices and clear written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provision, install, configure and maintain infrastructure services.
• Monitor and report on infrastructure load, performance and security events.
• Support hosted systems and clear alerts across server room, storage, and servers.
• Manage and operate the virtual infrastructure—VMware, SAN switches, hardware.
• Maintain Windows core directory services and policies.
• Manage updates and patching for Windows and Linux.
• Administer SQL Server/Oracle databases and troubleshoot deployments.
• Administer mail servers and help backup/recovery solutions.
• Coordinate daily work with other technical units and service lines.
• Handle project work packages and analyze/resolve tickets.
