Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Min 4 years of experience in related areas.
• At least 2 years in grocery or food retail sector.
• Experience in internal audit, operational audit, process analysis, or process improvement.
• Strong end-to-end process analysis and interdependency assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, influencing and conflict management with field teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn digital systems; good English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned, routine, and ad-hoc process audits at stores.
• Develop audit plans based on field needs and risk areas.
• Evaluate store operations: inventory, cash controls, food safety, and more.
• Communicate findings to store managers clearly and objectively.
• Analyze recurring findings and develop improvement actions with process owners.
• Identify process ambiguities and develop recommendations to improve workflows.
• Prepare concise reports for management and follow up on actions.
• Assess interdependencies between store and head office processes; assist investigations as needed.
