AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to develop, maintain and oversee project schedules for diverse infrastructure projects. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery through robust planning and control processes.

The successful candidate will conduct critical path analysis, manage resources, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize project performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/construction-related field required.
• 8–10 years progressive planning/scheduling experience in infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong project management knowledge and best practices.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Define project scope, activities, durations, and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Implement project controls: progress tracking, earned value analysis, and variance reporting.
• Prepare detailed planning reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support tender programs with planning input during bidding phase.
• Mentor junior planning staff.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company policies.
• Participate in project reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
