Job summary

Bosch Türkiye seeks a highly skilled technical leader to own Heatcell development across systems. You will provide system-level guidance, drive engineering excellence, and mentor engineers to raise overall capability.

The role focuses on connecting knowledge across domains, contributing to roadmaps, and leading international projects as a trusted advisor in an innovative appliance technology environment.

Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related.
• Extensive Heatcell development and HVAC engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to mentor others and build organizational capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international environments.
• Ability to work within international project teams with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority within Heatcell domain.
• Provide guidance on Heatcell topics and system interactions.
• Drive engineering solutions aligned with requirements and standards.
• Develop and promote engineering best practices and guidelines.
• Lead investigations, risk assessments, and root-cause analyses.
• Connect knowledge across domains into a coherent system view.
• Mentor engineers and build organizational capability.
• Support cross-functional and international projects as advisor.
