Qualifications

• İşletme/Ekonomi veya ilgili alanda lisans gereklidir.
• İtibarlı sözlü ve yazılı İngilizce becerisi.
• MS Office programlarına hâkimyet ve dijital pazarlama deneyimi.

Responsabilités

• Brand kampanyalarının hedef kitle analizine uygun hedefleme oluşturmaki.
• Google Ads kampanyalarının kurulumu ve optimizasyonu yapma.
• Brand KPI’larını izleme ve raporlama yapma.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Creating targeting to be used in performance ads in line with the campaign target audience of brands,
• Creating and optimizing of Google Ads campaigns (search engine ads, display ads, video ads, app campaigns, shopping campaigns),
• Analyzing digital media approaches and KPIs of brands,
• Performance monitoring through mobile application panels,
• Creating and optimization of programmatic campaigns carried out on Native media DSPs,
• Creating and optimization of social media ads,
• Guiding the brand on the creation and integration of remarketing and conversion codes specific to performance channels,
• Monitoring and optimizing the daily / weekly / monthly performances of digital performance ads in line with the KPIs of the brands they are responsible for,
• Ensuring that Media First and / or Beta products are implemented on the brand side, specific to performance channels,
• Supporting the brand team on performance channels that can provide high performance during media planning,
• Identifying opportunities by analyzing data in Google Analytics, Adjust and digital marketing channels.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing,
• Google and Facebook advertising certificates is an asset,
• Experienced with digital performance measurement tools,
• High job tracking, coordination and management skills,
• Researcher and innovative with an analytical mindset.
