OneIngage, dijital medya ve e-ticaret alanında uzmanlaşan bir ajanstır. Ürün ve marka performansını arttırmak için e-ticaret pazarlama stratejileri geliştirecek deneyimli bir ekip arkadaşı arıyor.

Aday, çok kanallı kampanyalar yürütecek, analizlerle kararlar alacak ve ekip ile yakın çalışacaktır. Gerekenler arasında en az 6 yıl dijital pazarlama tecrübesi, İngilizce akıcılığı ve Google/Meta reklam sertifikası avantajı bulunmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Dijital pazarlama alanında en az 6 yıl tecrübe.
• Girişimci ve hesap yönetimi odaklı adaylar tercih edilir.
• Güçlü analitik yetenek ve veri odaklı karar verme becerisi.

Responsibilities

• E-ticaret pazarlama stratejileri geliştirmek ve uygulamak.
• Birden çok kanalda medya alımı yapan kampanyaları yönetmek.
• Dönüşüm oranı ve müşteri yaşam boyu değerini artıracak iyileştirme stratejileri belirlemek.
• Satış hedefleriyle uyumlu entegre pazarlama kampanyaları yürütmek.
• Performans metriklerini izlemek ve optimizasyon fırsatlarını paylaşmak.
• Sektör trendlerini takip etmek ve ekip ile bilgi paylaşımı yapmak.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Knowledge about media buying efforts across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
• Identify and implement ecommerce improvement strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing,
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields,
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through ecommerce marketing strategies.
• Google and Meta advertising certificates is an asset,
• Experienced with digital performance measurement tools,
• Experience in programatic tools such as DV360 is a plus,
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• The candidate should have mainstream research experience with a good understanding of traditional research and basic survey methods and data collection techniques,
• Client management experience, displaying a solutions driven approach,
• Excellent communication skills – specifically how to distil the issues, manage client expectations and communicate in a timely manner under pressure,
• Advanced MS Powerpoint & Excel knowledge is a must,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
