Morvin Games, an indie mobile studio, seeks an experienced Unity developer to lead the technical foundation of upcoming titles. You will manage core gameplay systems, tooling for designers, and ensure efficient performance across mobile devices.

You will mentor juniors, review code, and integrate Ads, Analytics, and IAPs. The role is based in Istanbul with a compact, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile game development with Unity (C#).
• 5–10 published mobile games.
• Strong software design principles.
• Experience building in-game tools for design teams.
• Mobile performance optimization expertise.
• Heads-up with mobile integrations (Ads, Analytics, etc.).
• Proficient with Git and collaboration workflows.

Morvin Games is an indie mobile studio developing Hybrid-Casual games. We are looking for an experienced developer to lead the technical foundation of our upcoming titles.

The Role

You will manage the technical development of our games, build scalable systems, create tools for our design team, and ensure smooth performance across all mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Gameplay: Build core mechanics, progression systems, and in-game economies.
• Tooling: Create custom tools and editors so designers can test and balance content independently.
• Optimization: Ensure games run smoothly on both iOS and Android without draining memory or battery.
• Game Feel: Integrate UI and smooth visual animations.
• Integrations: Set up external tools for Ads, Analytics, and In-App Purchases.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile game development experience using Unity (C#).
• At least 5-10 published mobile games.
• Strong understanding of core software design principles.
• Experience building in-game tools for design teams.
• Solid skills in mobile performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with mobile integrations (Ads, Analytics, etc.).
• Proficient with Git.
