Job summary

OBSS, Turkey's leading technology consultancy, seeks a seasoned Full Stack Java & Vue.js Developer to deliver end-to-end software solutions across industries. You will design, build, and scale applications with Java/Spring on the back end and Vue.js on the front end, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving best practices in code quality, performance, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack web development using Java and Vue.js.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring MVC).
• Deep understanding of database management systems, relational modeling (MSSQL, PostgreSQL), Hibernate, and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON/XML payloads.
• Practical experience with Microservices and containerization tools like Docker; AWS familiarity is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and software design patterns (Repository, Unit of Work, IoC, Dependency Injection, Component-based architecture).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; capable of leading initiatives.
• Ability to adopt AI-powered tools to improve productivity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend.
• Develop interactive, reactive, and responsive user interfaces using Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex, Vue Router).
• Integrate back-end web services via REST APIs and JSON, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
• Review and improve the development and coding standards of Java and Vue.js applications.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, component flows, test plans, and deployment strategies.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm that project and system objectives are fully achieved.
• Analyze and recommend modern procedures, frameworks, or tools to optimize application performance and developer workflows.
• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and management.
• Lead medium-to-large technical initiatives to deliver secure, resilient, and high-quality code products.
