Job summary

HubX is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join the Supernova studio. You will craft high-quality mobile apps with Flutter, focusing on performance and scalable UI architectures. You’ll work in a vibrant, studio-based environment across cross-functional teams.

The role offers ownership from day one, with autonomy to experiment and iterate on ideas that impact millions of users. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative setting in Istanbul offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile development with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience shipping production-grade mobile apps in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of state management (Bloc) and REST/WebSocket integrations.
• Proficient with Flutter widget architecture and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and testing practices.

• Build and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Design responsive and adaptive UIs with Material and Cupertino widgets.
• Implement and manage state using Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket connections.

Some of your responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Design responsive and adaptive UIs with Material and Cupertino widgets

What we look for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with strong Flutter and Dart expertise
• Experience building and shipping production-grade mobile applications in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in state management solutions (especially Bloc)
• Experience with RESTful API and WebSocket integrations
• In-depth knowledge of Flutter’s widget architecture and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of clean code principles and SOLID
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with Flutter DevTools for performance analysis
• Team player with a fast-learning, problem-solving, and collaborative mindset

Nice to have

• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests
• Basic Kotlin or Swift knowledge
• Experience integrating AI-powered features using LLMs or AI SDKs (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude or Cursor
• Contributions to open-source or personal Flutter packages
• UI/UX knowledge and working experience with Figma or design systems
