Marsh Turkey is seeking a Senior Account Executive for our FINPRO Department based in Istanbul. The successful applicant will lead the account management process with a diverse range of clients and provide consultancy on complex financial insurance needs.

Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in Finpro/Corporate Insurance/Brokerage
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
• Advanced communication, presentation and training skills
• Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Proficiency with MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy support to Financial Insurance Lines, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex matters
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions for financial lines (D&O, Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber Insurance and Marine Cargo)
• Answer client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
• Solve problems regarding client account issues and ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
• Participate in client and prospect meetings
• Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
