Job summary

DP World is seeking a Financial Reporting and Control Manager in Kocaeli, Türkiye. You will lead the financial reporting, control, budgeting, and treasury functions while ensuring compliance with Turkish statutory requirements, IFRS, and DP World policies.

The role requires guiding audits, improving processes, and building stakeholder relationships. The candidate will manage the finance team, drive performance, and support strategic financial improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/SMMM/CIMA/CMA or equivalent).
• 10+ years in financial reporting and controlling, incl. 4–5 years at audit firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and controlling to deliver timely, accurate information for decisions.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; monitor variances.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and financial risk management.
