Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading international security tech company, seeks a Senior Finance Leader in Turkey's Desbas Free Zone. You will manage a small finance team, ensure tax and IFRS reporting, and drive SAP implementation for the local entity.

You will coordinate with Turkish tax authorities and customs, oversee audits with Big 4 firms, and monitor transfer pricing to protect margins while supporting group objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a senior accounting/finance leadership role within a manufacturing enterprise.
• +3 years free zone experience.
• Deep understanding of Turkish Free Zone regulations and tax incentives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP) implementation/usage and Big 4 audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 finance and accounting professionals.
• End-to-end responsibility for Tax, IFRS reporting and Group management/IFRS reporting.
• Play an active role in designing, implementing, and rolling out SAP for the local entity.
• Reconcile customs records with local bookkeeping and financial accounting.
• Supervise scrapping processes and component return accounting.
• Perform high-level reviews of payroll calculations and social security compliance.
• Liaise with Turkish tax authorities, customs officials, and Free Zone management.
• Monitor Transfer Pricing compliance and gross margin control for the local entity.
• Execute other finance, operational, or business-related tasks as assigned.
