Job summary

Bosch Türkiye is seeking a Compliance specialist to oversee export control and sanctions compliance within the company. The role focuses on monitoring internal rules, implementing global standards, and ensuring Türkiye-based units align with export controls.

The successful candidate will guide stakeholders, support risk assessments, and collaborate with business units to embed compliance into contracts and processes. A university degree and several years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in export control, sanctions compliance, or foreign trade.
• Solid knowledge of EU and national export control and sanctions regulations.
• Experience in operational decision making (e.g., Red Flag assessments, end use checks).
• High engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to work calmly and precisely in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to guide stakeholders and ensure implementation of compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure implementation of internal rules and global standards related to export control and sanctions compliance.
• Ensure that Türkiye units establish and maintain adequate processes aligned with export control and sanctions requirements.
• Support the development and documentation of Türkiye specific procedures and controls.
• Conduct classifications of goods, persons, countries, and end uses.
• Review and approve sensitive or high-risk transactions and document outcomes.
• Execute stop/release decisions for export relevant business cases.
• Review Due Diligence and KYC results and document outcomes.
• Conduct risk assessments for Türkiye and document results.
• Accompany and monitor the implementation of controls and ensure documentation of measures and outcomes.
• Support internal audits and external authority audits.
• Serve as the primary contact for export control questions arising from Türkiye units.
• Provide guidance on export control relevant customer and supplier processes.
• Contribute to the development of export control clauses in contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure required measures are implemented.
