Dream Games is seeking a Senior Event Specialist to plan, execute, and support both internal and external company events. You will join the People team and collaborate with cross-functional groups to align on event needs and ensure seamless delivery.

This role requires leadership in end-to-end event logistics, strong communication, and a passion for games, with a proven track record in HR-focused event planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event planning experience, especially in People/HR teams.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and supporting end-to-end company events.
• Designing and managing annual event calendars with accurate scheduling.
• Organizing off-site meetings and coordinating business trips.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and agencies.
• Following up on all top-notch events, such as global conferences and other high-profile gatherings.
• Preparing event recaps and tracking feedback to enhance future events.
