Job summary

Dream Games is seeking a Workplace Lead to own our workplace operations and experience. You will shape the workplace strategy, manage hospitality and security, and ensure an exceptional working environment for our team.

In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with vendors, and drive space planning and office projects to support Dream Games’ growth and culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across workplace, hospitality, and security.
• Strong project management skills with large-scale office or construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead all workplace operations and ensure outstanding employee experience.
• Manage and mentor the workplace team (hospitality, reception, security).
• Set high standards for catering, events, and guest interactions.
• Oversee physical security measures, access systems, emergency procedures, and vendor relations.
• Own office projects, including construction, refurbishment, and space planning.
• Manage contractual relationships with third-party suppliers.
