Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Risk, Banking, Finance, Credit Control, Internal Audit, or Risk Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of customer credit analysis, financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and credit limit management.
• Experience in receivables management, portfolio monitoring, and risk reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Credit Risk Management frameworks.
• Conduct customer credit assessments, financial statement analyses, and creditworthiness evaluations.
• Review, recommend, and monitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and risk mitigation measures.
• Monitor customer exposures, receivables, payment performance, overdue balances, and overall portfolio quality.
• Identify high-risk customers and emerging credit risks through financial analysis and early-warning indicators.
• Assess and report key enterprise and credit risks, including trends, insights, and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with business functions to strengthen risk governance, credit decision-making, and risk culture.
• Contribute to risk policies, credit procedures, reporting frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.
