Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Embedded Linux Engineer to lead the Linux platform on automotive SoCs for a next-generation Software-Defined Vehicle program in Istanbul. You will drive Yocto-based architecture, kernel strategy, and bootloader integration, collaborating with silicon vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cockpit and ADAS platforms.

You will also optimize boot times, memory, and performance while supporting virtualization with QNX, Android and AUTOSAR in a multi-SOC

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Yocto/BitBake-based platform development.
• Strong Linux kernel, U-Boot, device trees, and BSP integration on ARM-based SoCs.
• Proficiency in C/C++, shell scripting, and system-level optimization.
• Experience in automotive or safety-critical embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded Linux platform architecture for automotive SoCs.
• Drive Yocto/BitBake-based platform development, BSP integration, kernel configuration, and bootloader setup (U-Boot).
• Optimize system boot time, memory footprint, performance, and platform stability across variants.
• Integrate Linux within a virtualized environment alongside QNX, Android, and AUTOSAR; support QEMU-based workflows.
• Lead root-cause analysis and architectural decisions across multi-SoC deployments.
