Accenture Istanbul is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop system-level software for automotive SoC in a next-generation SDV platform spanning IVI and ADAS.

You will work across bootloaders, networking, and platform security, with exposure to QNX/Linux/Android, depending on project needs. Location: Teknopark Istanbul (Kurtköy), Hybrid: 3 days in office per week; you will join a globally diverse, fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++ for bare-metal, RTOS, and POSIX embedded systems on ARM SoCs.
• Experience with secure boot, multi-stage boot chains, and bootloader integration.
• Experience bringing up automotive SoC platforms and validating interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of in-vehicle networking (CAN, automotive Ethernet, routing).
• Hands-on security concepts (Secure Boot, HSM, key provisioning).
• Good understanding of POSIX, IPC, threading, and system APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define secure bootloader architecture and multi-stage boot flows.
• Support hardware bring-up, software flashing, and power-management software.
• Develop in-vehicle networking features including automotive Ethernet and CAN routing.
• Design platform security features such as TEE, TrustZone, HSM provisioning.
• Develop BSP-level components and coordinate inter-core IPC.
• Collaborate with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 teams across QNX, Linux, Android.
