This Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating CRM solutions using Azure services and the Power Platform, while maintaining high-quality code and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• Strong experience in plugin development, API endpoints, and custom workflows.
• Solid understanding of the Dataverse data model, security, and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services used for CRM integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Strong C#, .NET and JavaScript development skills; Agile experience.
• Nice to have: D365 Sales Hub, PCF, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain plugins, workflows, and business logic within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Build and maintain custom APIs and service endpoints for integrations.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure services.
• Implement solutions across Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with architects to translate designs into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom code and integrations.
• Support data migration activities and participate in code reviews and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation for custom components and integrations.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure developments.
