Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Turkey seeks an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to keep the Güneşli Technology Center running 7/24 and ensure continuous operation. You will apply maintenance processes, run periodic checks, and update electrical layouts while coordinating with internal/external customers.

The role requires 5+ years in energy infrastructure, strong English, and GSM/IT familiarity. A shift 7/24 pattern is expected, with a focus on safety and efficiency at the Technology Center.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years in energy infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of energy infrastructure, power systems, and cooling layout.
• Customer oriented, results driven, and good relationship with customers.
• Teamwork, adaptable and flexible for 7/24 shifts.
• Very good English, upper-intermediate level.
• Experience in GSM/IT environment or Telecom Operator is a plus.
• Candidate home close to Güneşli Technology Center.

Responsibilities

• Keep Güneşli Technology Center up and running 7/24.
• Ensure continuous operation and timely handling of requests.
• Apply maintenance processes via MSP per SLA KPIs.
• Perform periodic system checks and audits of infrastructure equipment.
• Update electrical infrastructure layouts and drawings for the center.
• Report weekly performance and energy equipment reports.
